A few strong to severe storms will be possible generally after 2 pm this afternoon for locations west of Interstate 135. The stronger storms will be capable of producing ping pong ball sized hail, 50 to 60 mph winds and a brief tornado. The severe weather threat is expected to diminish after sunset.
